The Overcoat arrived being well packaged, clean, and intact from the Seller and the USPS! The Overcoat looked as photographed on the eBay website. This Coat's material and craftmanship quality is very good. The seller was also very professional. The price was very reasonable. I am pleased with my purchase.
This produce is made from good quality, and I think it's a great value. The seller insured the packaging and product were sent and received in great condition. My size (XL) runs a little smaller than I was expecting (hence the 4 out of 5 rating for the "Item description"). Having the bowtie included is a true bonus. It all looks great! Dealing with the seller was a good experience. They were quick to respond to all my questions.
He contacted and asked before the product arrived, if I wanted to cancel the order because there could be tariff/import delays, I said no I'll wait. Then later package tracking said it was delivered, but it was either lost or stolen, I didn't get it. When I contacted the seller, said he would try to send out a replacement. He sent me two!
