It does have some fraying on the bottom of legs. The waist measures laying flat 15". I am happy you included a plastic bag to cover the item because the post office apparently dropped the box in a puddle of oil. The box was covered in it. They then put it in an outer plastic bag and delivered it with a sorry notice….. Happy it was not affected. Also not the seller’s fault.
