Seller was willing to negotiate on price, the item came quickly, and came in one piece. The picture of the necklace shown in the ad didn't closely resemble what I got in the mail, however. The stones are poorly matched, and much smaller than they appeared in the photos. Overall, I'd buy from this seller again, but I am glad I negotiated for a lower price before committing to buy.
