Main flaw is that her arms are loose and her legs have actually fallen off, so she needs to be re-strung. Besides that, her hair is perfect, soft and shiny, easy to brush and style. Eyes work perfectly. She has some shine/smudge marks from handling, shiny reside on one arm, a couple light red marks on her face, some mild discoloration on her cloth body, etc. She's not orange, though, like so many Kailey dolls are (it was a defect mostly seen in Kailey & Nellie dolls for some reason). Long, uncut neck strings. No clothes included. She will be very carefully packaged for her journey home to you.
