I'd consider it TLC/Play Condition, as it's missing one of the upper pieces and the hanging rack, the faucet is broken off, and it's from a smoker's home so has a fairly strong odor to it (I haven't done anything to try to remove/clean the smell). May have minor scratches, etc, and I think some cabinet fronts are missing. Priced according to condition.
