18" American Girl Doll Josefina: Original Box, 1997 Pleasant Company Meet Outfit. Just missing hair flowers. This is not her original box but a compatible-era box I had from another Josefina. Josefina has a PC neck stamp, not first edition as there's no circled 1 on her neck stamp, but very possibly second edition. 18" American Girl Doll Historical Collection: Josefina Montoya. She's of Hispanic/Latino descent, made from the Josefina face mold, Brown Eyes, Straight/Wavy Long Black Hair, and Medium Skin. Josefina has a PC neck stamp, not first edition as there's no circled 1 on her neck stamp, but very possibly second edition. Definitely very early. Soft straight brown eyelashes, no body tag, meet outfit is tagged 1997 PC. Josefina is in excellent condition, maybe displayed but rarely played with if at all. Her hair is perfect, no dryness noted, uncut and so soft and shiny. Reasonably tight limbs, long neck strings, eyes work perfectly. Cloth body and vinyl are both clean, may have shine/smudge marks from handling, but nothing noticeable. Josefina comes with her meet book and wearing her original meet outfit: White Camisa, Red Floral Skirt, Woven Sash, White Bloomers, and Moccasins. I didn't attempt to remove the moccasins as the laces are damaged from age but currently tied on nicely. Just missing hair flowers. Box is somewhat damaged but included if you want it!
