18" American Girl Doll Pleasant Company Kirsten w/ Factory Braids, Watermelon. From the early 90's, based on her neck stamp, super chubby body, very faint face paint, brown eyelashes, soft vinyl, etc. We hope you enjoy this special doll! 18” American Girl Doll Pleasant Company Kirsten. From the early 90's, based on her neck stamp, super chubby body, very faint face paint, brown eyelashes, soft vinyl, etc. Vintage/TLC condition for a couple factors: her bangs have been trimmed (though her braids are original, just had crumbled elastics so I had to fix them a bit), she has a tiny hole on her cloth body, and she has what the doll collector world calls "watermelon" hair, when her hair turns slightly pinkish from sun exposure (technically a flaw, but it's actually a desirable feature to some collectors, as it's rather unique and prettty!). Besides that, no signifcant marks, no ink or chew marks or anything like that, just normal shine/smudge marks from handling. Uncut neck strings, eyes work perfectly. Very loose limbs, you will want to tighten them or use a doll stand. Besides her bangs, her hair is uncut and perfect since it's never even been unbraided! No clothes included.
