There appear to have been some alterations made to the skirt, which were probably added on later. Black textiles are hard to photograph, but this is a great skirt with wonderful movement and weight! A great skirt for wear or it could be repurposed into fabric!~*~ ~ ~ ( Skirt 131) MEASUREMENTS : 29 inches long 28 inch waist CONDITION : This skirt is in as found, not freshly laundered condition.
