1940s Raspberry Rayon Hollywood Dress. This dress was once used in a Hollywood production and has writing on the inside neck to indicate to whom it would have been assigned. It is made of a slightly crinkly, stretchy rayon. Beautiful, scrolling floral fabric detailing adorns the neckline. Gorgeous vintage 1940s raspberry red rayon dress. Belt loops but no belt included. Beautiful, scrolling floral fabric detailing adorns the neckline. Pockets at the waist! This dress is one-of-a-kind and couldn’t be lovelier. The only flaw I noticed are some raw fabric edges, mostly on the inside of the dress, as well as faint colour fading due to sunlight exposure and storage, over the years. Though as is the case with any vintage garment, I may have missed something! Please be aware, this is a nearly 90 year old piece of clothing!
