Description
This Chimp doll is approx 6.5 in tall (sitting) with a rubber face and ears, and rubber hands/feet (its feet are literally hands). It is stuffed with a straw-like material, with a covering of some type of coarse material (not soft to the touch). The stitchings are in a somewhat delicate state and appear to have loosened slightly. It has a sewn-in “Made In Japan” cloth tag, as well as a paper tag with the name of the import company, “J.T. Blume”. This item is most likely from the 1950s.
