1989 Black Leather BILTRITE STEEL TOE COMBAT BOOTS Size 11 R Used, but Good. The soles are stamped "BILTRITE". Under the tongues are labels stating "ANSI Z41-1983/75". Now these boots have been used, but not much - there is very little heel wear (see pics). But whoever did use them managed to get them scuffed-up. You are bidding on a pair of black leather Biltrite steel toe combat boots size 11 R. The top edges are embossed with "11R MB 2-89", which I assume dates these to February, 1989. The soles are stamped "BILTRITE". Under the tongues are labels stating "ANSI Z41-1983/75". Now these boots have been used, but not much - there is very little heel wear (see pics). But whoever did use them managed to get them scuffed-up. These boots definitely need a good cleaning and a polish if you want them to shine (but how shiny do steel-toed boots have to be, anyway?). So these boots are not like new, and the price I'm starting them at reflects that. But they are very solid and serviceable, if you are looking for boots to do actual work, and not just spiffy ornaments.
