The product is exactly as described. I already fixed my pruning shears. The product was easy to install. The merchant responded to my purchase in a few days. I was happy to learn the product was in stock and would be shipped soon. The condition of the replacement springs was new and shiny. As to the price I am not positive it was low but in all fairness I wanted to repair the shears I possessed.
