brandz unlimited is such an amazing seller. I had an event coming up and I needed this piece before the time of the event. I let brandz unlimited know about the deadline and I was able to receive the product a week in advance. The product was double wrapped and definitely as described. There weren’t any flaws on the piece and just needed to be lint rolled/ shaved to transform it back to looking brand new. The value was perfect. Overall, excellent seller and experience.
A great seller. The pottery was exactly as described. One cup's handle broke while she was packing it and she gave me the option of a discount or return. I chose the discount, then another handle broke in shipping. She offered another discount. I know my friends won't mind . Great communication, packaging and fast shipping. This is what can happen with old, delicate pottery and I understand. Super lady to buy from.
This troll is very unusual, but even so he is the third one I have been able to find. Probably enough, but I always think that. He was packaged very safely and shipped very quickly, and, of course he was exactly as described as well as being a great value (in my Nordic opinion). Seller did a great job. I am very happy with the transaction and the expansion of my family! (See picture.)
