Elegant demi-couture vintage evening gown from Arnold Scaasi features panels of sequined lace separated by peek-a-boo sections of black silk chiffon, with the midriff to the kneeds is backed in an opaque beige fabric. The dress is fitted through the torso where the botton panel of chiffon flares out to form a rather full dropped skirt finished with a wide panel of sequined lace. The long raglan sleeves have wide lace and sequined cuffs that close with tiny snaps. The dress closes with a back zipper embellished with two little stationary bows. There's a great deal of delicate handwork on the inside of the dress - it appears that the entire lining and zipper have been sewn by hand. Labeled size 10, but measurements indicate it is closest to a modern size 6-8.
