I don't know how anyone else could have had problems with this seller. The seller helped save me a whole lot of money by not just having a used item exactly as described but also helping me by accepting my offer for a price within my budget. This was the best transaction I've had on eBay since I started purchasing from eBay in 2005. This reel was shipped promptly and was packaged well to prevent damage. It was described as parts only, but all I had to do was take the cover off and re-attach it. The reel works and is in like new condition. Incredible value. A++++ seller. Thanks! I love this reel!
