I thought I had not received my item, but I had, indeed received it. (My house is being painted, and the painter had tucked the package in with my belongings, which he had covered with tarps without letting me know I'd received it. I alerted the seller that I may not have received the package, and was greeted with a friendly reply and suggestions for where else I might look. In the end, my painter helped me remove one of the tarps, and there was my purchase!
