Item was delayed to post office by a significant amount of time. Contacted seller and via a mishap in the package getting lost in the seller's car, we both learned that the shirt never was dropped off. Thanks to that transparency in communication, we were able to get the shirt back on track. It arrived quickly once it was sent out and was packaged well.
