I don't usually leave a feedback but like to do so on this purchase. The seller is the most reasonable seller I have ever met. I bought an item that did not meet my expectation. I donated it to the Goodwill without asking the seller to do anything. He sent me a partial refund right away which gave me a good surprise. The kindness of human nature is much more valuable than the refund I received. He is also very quick in responding, almost immediately every time.
Shipment took extra time to get to me due to weather events that were unseen coming. Hurrican etc. Ordered on Aug 2 fi ally got package on 27th. Product was as stated box got a bit of workout in transit but rest is good. Seller was very nice despite my frequent contact to them and kind enough to look up tracking transit stations for me so my patience was rewarded.
GREAT SELLER GOOD price , brand new, box was a bit beat up , most likely the shippers problem but all parts were good ,, just as described, shipping cost were Good , still staying below others sellers prices.. ALSO works great to help with bed sores, pump running is beyond noticable
