Did not arrive as promised. Was incorrectly sent via FedEx which doesn't deliver to P O Boxes. Had to have before I left for 6 weeks as it was a gift for my partner while on the trip. HOWEVER, seller felt terrible about the error. Full amount of the purchase and shipping was refunded immediately upon learning of the issue, saying not to return the item, but to keep it, which wasn't necessary but appreciated. This didn't work out, but would order again from this seller without hesitation.
This was hands down the kindest seller I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Their thorough and swift communication was so severally appreciated. The item was received in top not condition and got here so quickly. I'd say the value and quality was more than worth this purchase. Even if it wasn't, the conversation help with this seller was enough for me. The Moose bag is the cutest thing ever and I shall be naming them Mr. Maple. I couldn't recommend this seller enough.
My experience with my purchase wasn t a real pleasant one, the package was beat up and one of the four pictures was missing. Thankfully the seller understood and was willing to refund my purchase. I, in no way, blame the seller for this, only those who handled the entire shipping process and transit. I would recommend sellers like this one!
