Shipping was okay. Packaging was okay. The item was not described well because it was not cleaned and had a tear. I found an unused feminine hygiene product left in the large pocket of the backpack and pencil that had fallen into a half inch sized tear in the lining. The backpack had obviously not been cleaned or prepped before sale and shipping. It was an okay value.
Although described as a ladies Large, the item was clearly marked Medium on the tag in the jacket! Fortunately, it fit the person I was buying it for, so all worked out, but Seller should pay better attention! Everything else about this sale was great: value, shipping & packaging & the rest of the description + pictures was spot on!
As advertised, shipped on time, and good price. Coat had a few pulls in the fabric but they aren't noticeable, so at this price it could have had more and still been a great deal. Love the coat. Great seller.
