The item was lost in transit by USPS and the seller issued a prompt, complete refund for the entire purchase when it was a week late. It still hasn’t arrived more than 3 weeks after it shipped, but the Post Office lists it as “in transit, arriving late,” saying they still expect to deliver it, eventually. I can’t say for sure whether it was accurately described, etc. It shipped immediately but USPS just dropped the ball on this order. The seller was great to work with: no issues there.
