Probably a factory second meaning slight imperfections as there was a white thread stitched into the fabric on the front midway down. I clipped it off with a sharp scissors and it did not seem to alter the fabric and now it looks fine. Cotton, poly, rayon blend. Only order if you want lightweight as the fabric is thin to the point of not wanting to put anything heavier than a Kleenex in the pockets. Otherwise stitching was fine. Have to see how it holds up after washing.
