Great communication, very timely shipping and good packaging, product exactly as described in the description/photo and at a great value. I was importing into Canada from the US during a time with retaliatory tariffs in place, and the seller was kind enough to send a photo of the serial and country of origin to assist with avoiding these. Would absolutely buy other items that I wanted from this seller.
The keyboard was exactly as described (open box, like new condition). It shipped quickly and was packaged well. Arrived undamaged and in original box with original paperwork. The keyboard holds a charge and connects without issue. I would glady purchase from this seller again.
