It has not been tested. It belonged to my father-in-law and his brothers. With my lack of knowledge I believe that an attempt to clean or lubricate it would render it unusable. It has been sitting idle for at least 70 years, and no doubt needs some TLC done right. It has a history of being in a home with pets and smokers.
