Everything was excellent! Shipping as it was mentioned, packaging was handled with care. The product was exactly as described and the value was great. I don't know how to thank you enough for this brooch! I feel so thankful! I still keep my broken brooch and I hope to fix it one day. The brooch I got today is so lovely. Thestyleshelf went above and beyond helping me get my package. Came as described, packaging was perfect, and the mug looks great. Would highly recommend!! Shipping was weird, but not the sellers fault at all. I also own a business and know that shipping providers can be a bit wonky. Give sellers the benefit of the doubt!!!
Overall, the purchase was positive. The shipping was great but I did need to reconnect the handle on the luggage - they listed the luggage as "fair condition". I would purchase again.
