Seller sold legacy software that Adobe would not provide a serial number to register. Requested return, Ebay said seller would provide shipping label. Seller said return shipping was buyers responsibility. After paying for return shipping seller provided return shipping label. That was too little too late. Seller did refund purchase. I guess I am lucky I got the refund at a cost of return shipping. Other than return shipping cost seller communications was good.
