The item was described as "open box, but no missing parts or flaws". The box arrived and the cushioned seat was soiled on one corner and there were no legs in the box at all. Only the cross bar for the bottom and the cushion were in the box. I contacted the seller, who apologized and refunded my money. I appreciate the promptness with which this was resolved, but do feel that the box should have been checked prior to advertising the item as having no missing parts.
I ended up getting this item and another item. The seller was quick to reply and answered all questions in a timely manner. The price point on this item was much better than like minded items.
