Great packaging. This Eddie Bauer Down Hooded Jacket was leaking a lot of down. I informed seller and the seller responded appropriately. However the item should not have been described as in excellent condition. Fast shipping.
I want to credit were it is due. The seller allowed me to get a refund after the size was stated as XL but the jacket was actually an XXL. I am very appreciative for the seller's understanding and compliance. Good seller in danmarcoolstuff.
