as described/well packaged/I was okay with the listing's shipping cost but somehow DHL got involved and tried to shake me down for "import fees". Why are they involved when the item was supposedly sent via Ebay Global Shipping? Having dealt with DHL's scam before I knew what to do but NOT impressed to get texts and emails trying to get more money out of me! Overall, very nice book which I am glad to have/Thanks
