Honestly, I was disappointed that the seller had to cancel because they had already sold the item on a different platform. But they explained it and apologized, and that made a big difference. Item was shipped from Japan to the UK. Although it wasn’t dispatched until the Monday after I ordered on Thursday, it still arrived quickly by FedEx and was delivered on Wednesday. Packaging was excellent—very secure, everything arrived in perfect condition. The item’s condition was even better than described. Be aware that duty came to about 20% of the selling price. Overall, very happy with the service and delivery. Would recommend and happily buy again.
