Out of all the things I bought from the seller's enterprises, only two tops of the same brand didn't work out for me. This top is too large for me and the seller is kind enough to allow a return for refund through eBay. It is a very pretty blue top, new, with a fine value in cotton, I believe. It is as described, but I'm still losing weight and misjudged the sizing. I am so sorry for my mistake. The top was packaged wonderfully and was shipped carefully.
