I sent one message asking if the item was going to be shipped and never received a response. It wasn’t shipped for quite a while, however, it arrived quickly once it was sent out and was exactly as described. Packaging was also excellent and had multiple layers of protection.   2. Let me just say that I an obsessed with my key wallet. There was an issue with Fed ex but the sellers communication was A1. The item is 10/10 and just as described. The price was right and the packaging was perfect. The shipping was fast but unfortunately Fed Ex dropped the ball on their end but through it all the seller communicated and provided feedback.   3. Took a chance for my daughters 16th bday and couldn’t be happier!! Took exactly a week for shop to actually ship the bag and then took another week to receive the bag. Bag arrived in bubble wrap within a poly mailer and truly as described and pictured. In great condition and will definitely be buying more from this shop!
