The nib was crusty and discolored from years of having dried ink inside. After a thorough bath in the ultrasonic cleaner, the pen was like new! Zero communication from this seller. The used vacuum was in excellent condition, as shown in the photos. It was compactly shipped disassembled, with an instruction sheet for reassembly (thank you!). The vacuum works, as stated.
