The Item came with a new tag and appeared new as advertised. My only issue is with Ebay shipping with DHL from US to Canada which took over 3 weeks for delivery. Normally with UPS or Fedex it takes less than a week, Beside than that, I had a good experience with the seller, I'm happy with the item and I will definitely purchase again from them in the future.
