I appreciate that the seller resolved my issue. However, the ad pic is very misleading. The shoes in the pic is not the color they send. If the pic was reflective of the color of the sandals in the ad, I wouldn't have purchased them in the first place. When I realized my mistake, I requested a cancelation within 5 minutes of paying but it was rejected, even though it took weeks to get the shoes. The whole purchase could have been avoided with the correct color as the pic on the ad.
Was sent the wrong ones at first (they took a while to come, but might not have been thier fault) and thier customer service was great! Since they didn't have any more of the original ones I wanted, they sent out another pair in a different color right away! Definitely legit Bearpaw slippers and soooo comfy! These have been used in my picture, but came brand new in the box with proper "stuffing"
