Item was exactly as described and shipped very quickly. However, when it arrived, I realized that the seller had fulfilled the order through Amazon as a gift purchase. This was an issue for me as I ordered through eBay to avoid supporting Amazon. Instead, I received an Amazon item with a markup from almost $5 to almost $8 . The seller kindly explained that they do this for speed of shipping & offered a full refund. Alas, by the time I got the return code, my child had found and opened the box.
There was a mistake on my side and I kindly asked the seller to cancel my order. The seller went above and beyond to help me in cancellation of this transaction even though the shipping label was already created and he was almost on his way to the post office.
