Love my new boots! The item arrived just as described: gently used but still in fabulous condition. Cowboy boots are always better when they're gently used anyway. The package was well-wrapped and secure. The shipping was extremely fast, which I appreciate. The seller also provided detailed updates on the item's status after the purchase, so I was aware of where the boots were at each step after buying. These were offered at an amazing price and I couldn't be happier with my new boots. Thanks!!!
When my item arrived, I wore the for two days and upon taking them off the second day the heel of the boot completely detached from the rest of the boot. Upon emailing the seller, I got a quick response apologizing and stating that they will send me another pair immediately. I’m still waiting for them to come in, but my experience with the seller thus far has been fantastic.
Great communication and description, well packaged as to where the contents were hiding to prevent theft from delivery service, fast shipper and the value is incredible, cheapest boots and probably most comfortable in my collection. Also sellers takes returns within 7 days if boots defective or size does not fit. I will give 5 stars to this seller.
