These blemishes are not from use, but from transportation, storage, display, and/or manufacturing. Boots have never been worn. Boots remain fully functional. Boots are NOT steel toe. Item was packaged in original box. (NIB) I never opened it when received because it was a gift for my mother. Unfortunately there was a very small piece broken off the mane. I notified the seller and they responded very quickly and took care of the issue with no problems. Would definitely purchase from this seller again. The issue was of no fault of theirs at all.
