Excellent communicator. Seller missed shipping some items, but started to correct it before I picked up first shipment. Sadly, the item I was interested in out of the lot arrived in the second shipment damaged (though it was well packed & the packing materials were intact). Seller issued a partial refund & gave me a coupon for 15% off next purchase. Seller made the effort to make it right, but had I known the one item in the lot I wanted was damaged I would have saved myself the shipping $.
The purse is nice and I washed it due to some residue and a place where something had stuck to the lining, possibly chewing gum or a mint or something. It was mentioned in the seller’s description that the interior has some marks and there was a photo was shown where something was stuck on the lining. I asked the seller if the purse was shipped yet and she notified me she had 3 business days to ship so for me, the shipping was slower than I would’ve liked.
Absolutely in love with this. Better than described. Arrived covered in animal fur, but otherwise stunning. Seller didn’t have great communication, but I’m so happy with this I don’t mind. Fair price
