Authentic, brand new, good inventory. However, seller shipped the order and part of the way on it's journey I get a partial refund with no notice of why. Only when I reached out and asked did they finally say that one of the two pairs of sandals was out of stock. I wish they said it sooner. Products were on point, customer service could have been better especially considering these circumstances.
