This piece is far more appealing and attractive than the photo shows. I was exceedingly pleased when I received it and held it in my hands. The delicacy of the engraving is most appealing to this mint piece. The seller was patient and cooperative working with me to track down and re-ship the piece after the USPS returned it to them in error. I recommend this seller and will definitely consider buying from them again.

I suppose the seller didn't realize the item is glass, not carved soapstone. Everything else was great, shipping packaging etc. but the item is not as described, so I'm disappointed.
