  3. probably wasn't the fault of the seller and more just the way it was handled but it did arrive loose in its case, i don't think there were any scratches on the disk (at least nothing that didn't look fixable) but aside from that, everything was all good, had everything from the pics, was packaged well enough, was in good nick. overall, not bad. A seller.
