At first seller seemed great, claimed to make a mistake and accidentally forgot to ship the package and offered money back. But never gave a partial refund. When the item arrived it was missing parts, I asked where those were and the seller never responded. The Stay Puft outdoor decoration is a great product and I’m happy to have it for the Halloween. It was a fair price if it was complete and I will say its appearance was accurate to the sellers’s description.
Good communication. Shipping was expensive for the speed at which it traveled to it's destination, no real complaints. Packaging was sufficient, item was as described and pictured. Excellent value, this is a hard to find item, especially in this good of condition. I am very pleased, I would highly recommend this seller and would buy from again without hesitation.
