Even though I never received the product, USPS lost it somewhere in Aurora, CO, seller was very proactive. They advised me it was lost before I knew it and offered total refund along with keeping the hoodie if it ever showed up, or selecting different merchandise with double the credit. This is customer service. Hoodie still hasn't shown up.
