Unit showed up on time. Only hiccup was the main wheel backpack item had its shoulder strap/waist belt attachment not on the unit. The prior owner probably pulled it out as they never used it. The EBay seller had no idea is my guess. I own the exact same unit so I knew what I was shopping for. He gave me a little refund which was cool - considering the missing piece was a large part of this Osprey Convertible backpack. I swapped my piece into this unit so my son could use it for his trip.
They were very understanding of my situation and packaged and shipped the bag to me. They were great to work with and I do not think they could have done a better job of communicating with me. Highly recommend, was respectfully valued, and the bag came exactly as ordered.
