Received the item in a very poor package, brand new as described but received wrong item, doesn’t match picture and description at all, I purchased All Seasons Kids Wooden Dollhouse, which was on the seller’s pictures and description and I received Pidoko Kids Dollhouse which is almost double cheaper than All Seasons Dollhouse Seller does not accept returns, anyway I don’t want to bother myself with shipping this large box back so I’ll take it That’s why feedback is neutral
When I had doubts about the item being so expensive when it was arrivingwithout a box, the seller agreed to allow returns if the item was damaged in any way, so I accepted his offer and the item was delivered quickly and in great shape.
Overall a great transaction, had a problem that electrical cord was not included but seller informed me that cord was missing from the manufacturer and sent me one our right away. Thanks for making sure I got the cord, Great communication.....
