The sneakers were shipped quickly and were packaged well. However when I took them out of the box I noticed some blemishes on the suede. I reached out to the seller immediately with pictures. They said it was just the way the suede is and the way they are packaged and if I brushed over them they would go away. However these were more like white spots that could not be brushed off. When I inquired about returning they said I would be responsible for shipping even when their listing says free.
This seller is very honest. There was a problem with shipping, and I did not know what to do.
