A++ experience, related to correcting a major issue. I purchased a pair of size 4.5 shoes for my daughter -but received two left shoes, one in a size 4 and the other 4.5. They had two pair of the exact same shoe, and got them mixed up. Rather than having me return the 4 in exchange for the other 4.5, the seller graciously offered to send both “rights” in hopes my daughter was still wearing 4s, which she is. I got them today and she is wearing them now. Would purchase from this seller again!

Fast shipping and well-packaged! One note—the item appears a bit more used in person than in the photos, which seemed brighter and made them look whiter. Still, overall a smooth transaction.
