The jacket was received promptly. I own 4 other North Face jackets, and the all fit well. This jacket is also a large but is too small. The listing states no returns, but when contacting the seller, I was advised that returns were allowed. I explained that the jacket was too small, and was advised that a return was allowed. The jacket was returned at my expense. The seller provided me me a full return, price for jacket, original shipping, and tax. Thank you
