These 3 bloomers are adorable. They are used, exactly as described by the seller. Since bloomers are hard to find, I consider my purchase to be a good deal. My purchase was nicely packaged and shipped. It took 10 days for it to be delivered. I suspect the weather had quite a bit to do with it. The cost of shipping was reasonable.
